These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iTECHMobile’s remote Android repair services, including the iTECHMobile USB Client, Technician Dashboard, and related websites (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent where applicable) to use the customer USB Client, and you must be a qualified professional to use the Technician Dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is intended to:

  • Diagnose software-related issues on supported Android devices using AI-assisted analysis.
  • Facilitate remote repair sessions via secure tunnels and screen mirroring tools.
  • Connect customers with approved technicians for paid repair work.

You understand that some repairs may not be possible, or may be dependent on the state of your device, installed firmware, or prior modifications.

4. Pricing, payments & refunds

Pricing is generally determined dynamically by our AI diagnostics based on issue complexity and estimated repair time, within a published range (for example, simple vs complex jobs). You will be shown a quote before proceeding to payment.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Remote access & risk

The Service relies on remote access to your device via USB debugging, ADB, secure tunnels (e.g. ngrok), and mirroring tools (e.g. scrcpy). You understand and agree that:

  • Some operations carry inherent risk, including potential data loss, configuration changes, or in rare cases, device “bricking”, especially if the device has been previously modified.
  • We aim to minimize risk and may decline repairs deemed excessively risky, but we cannot guarantee successful outcome in every case.
  • You remain responsible for making appropriate backups of important data before a repair session.

6. Additional terms for technicians

If you are approved as a technician and given access to the Technician Dashboard, you agree to:

  • Use your access solely for legitimate repair work via the platform.
  • Treat customer data and on-screen content as confidential, using it only for the repair.
  • Follow best practices and platform guidelines to reduce risk for customers.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or revoke technician access at any time if we believe there is abuse, negligence, or other violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including the website, branding, software, and underlying technology) are owned by iTECHMobile or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use:

  • The iTECHMobile USB Client solely to access our remote repair service.
  • The Technician Dashboard solely to perform repairs through the platform (if approved).

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except where permitted by law.

8. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials, including as a technician.
  • Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

9.1 No guarantee of success

While we strive for high success rates, we do not guarantee that every device can be repaired or that issues will not recur. AI-based estimates are predictions, not guarantees.

9.2 Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTECHMobile and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant repair session, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the USB Client and ceasing use of the website and dashboard. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination as needed (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

11. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are intended as a general template and do not specify a particular jurisdiction. In your final, production version, you should update this section with the governing law and venue that apply to your business.
