We aim to follow a “no fix, no fee”-style approach for our core service. If the technician cannot resolve the issue after a genuine repair attempt, our team reviews the session and, in many cases, issues a partial or full refund according to our Refund Policy. The AI diagnostic provides an estimated success probability up front.
We specialize in software-level issues: screen lock troubleshooting (pattern/PIN), Factory Reset Protection (FRP), Mobile Device Management (MDM)–related software issues, boot loop fixes, custom ROM problems, and severe software corruption. We only work on devices that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage, and you may be asked to confirm this for FRP/MDM/lock-related cases. Hardware damage (cracked screens, dead batteries, etc.) is not supported.
